BFG is a real estate private equity company specializing in healthcare development and acquisitions. BFG’s leadership has over 110 years of collective experience investing in healthcare real estate, specifically seniors housing and medical office buildings, as well as extensive experience in the hospitality, retail, restaurant and other real estate sectors. BFG’s principals have helped create or acquire over $30 billion of assets across many real estate sectors, including $6 billion of seniors housing and medical office assets in the U.S., spanning several market cycles.
BFG manages assets for our investors through various investment vehicles on behalf of retail investors, high net worth individuals, and private equity investors.
BFG’s goal is to create a series of healthcare investment products for our investors that span the risk/return spectrum. BFG’s strategy is to form strategic alliances with experienced operators and developers in the industry to build or acquire healthcare properties. BFG’s portfolio currently consists of ten seniors housing communities across the country that are either open or under construction, with a robust pipeline of communities set to start construction in the coming year.
